The conference will be held at the DOB-academy. The DOB-Academy is located in the former TU Delft Library, called De Oude Bibliotheek. De Oude Bibliotheek Academy, DOB-Academy sits in an impressive historic building, dating from 1915. With its typical old-Dutch elevation in neo-renaissance style, stately stairs and stained glass windows the building cannot be missed. For quite some older Delft- trained engineers the library will trigger many memories. Some may recall their favourite study spots for exam preparation, others the lectures in the adjacent wing which at the time was the Faculty of Civil Engineering. Recently, 100 years after its start as a prestigious TU Delft library, the building has found a second life: since 2015, the DOB-Academy uses the building as a prominent training and learning centre for the offshore energy industry and has revived its original function as an inspirational meeting place. A history of knowledge exchange will be continued.

The area around DOB-Academy, is for permit holders only. Paid parking is available at the Paardenmarkt or the Marktgarage. For events, day tickets for the Marktgarage can be ordered and are distributed at the front desk of the DOB-academy.

DOB-Academy can easily be accessed by bike and there is plenty of parking space.

Direct trains from Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam arrive at Delft central station every 15 minutes. From Delft central station it is a 15 minute walk to DOB-Academy.

By car, exit 8 or 9 from the A13 can be taken. After that, it is only a 5 minute drive to DOB-Academy.
